At TTM Healthcare, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is part of our daily working lives. As an expert health and social care recruitment company, our team support the most vulnerable members of society. Our community and fundraising activities demonstrate the four core values that encapsulate our company culture: Integrity, Precision, Pioneering and Community.
Each year TTM team members are invited to nominate a charity of the year for both our UK and Irish divisions. All of our fundraising activities throughout the year contribute towards the chosen charities of the year.
For 2019, Cystic Fibrosis Ireland and the NSPCC are our chosen causes.
We always put a colourful twist on our fundraising activities. Our CSR Committee constantly devises new and inventive ways to support worthy causes. Leg waxing, Wii Championships, Lunch Offs, Annual Leave Raffles and Team Selfie Competitions are just a few of the events that have appeared on our fundraising calendar.
All TTM members are invited to take half a day per month to volunteer for a charity of their choice at the company’s expense. Getting out into the community for a hands-on experience gives everyone a real sense of making a difference. CSR is an important element in ensuring that TTM is a challenging, rewarding, supportive and fun place to work. In our most recent employee survey, 97% of staff agreed with the statement I am proud to work for TTM Healthcare.
Established in 2008, TTM Healthcare’s own charity, Care Leavers Ireland, assists young people leaving residential care in the pursuit of their educational goals. A registered charity, Care Leavers provides grant funding to enable these young people to continue their education and secure a brighter future.

While TTM Healthcare is expanding internationally and operating globally, we maintain close links with the communities where we live and work. We cheer on local rugby and football clubs and youth teams with ongoing sponsorship and fundraise for community causes. Recent beneficiaries include: Ennis Rugby Club, Ennis U12 Soccer team, Action for Children and Special Olympics Ireland.
