From Cardiac and Respiratory Physiologists, to Audiologists, Occupational Therapists and Podiatrists - Grace places all kinds of Allied Health Professionals in roles across Ireland and the UK.
Grace grew up in Mayo and moved to Clare in 2018 before making what she describes as a ‘natural progression’ into recruitment at TTM. She worked in sales and in customer-facing roles for many years, before starting work at Job Path:
“I was helping people get back into employment - working directly with employers and encouraging new businesses to engage with Job Path. I helped find our clients new job opportunities that were right for them, which I really enjoyed. Recruitment was an obvious next step for me.”
Grace makes sure her clients and candidates know she is always there for them, and that they can count on her to do her best. She believes going the extra mile and doing the little things can make such a difference.
It’s important to Grace to have fun at work - and that work has to be a place you enjoy going to. She has found this at TTM and loves the way the company ‘Celebrates Success’:

Grace loves a challenge and has risen to the occasion to renovate an old house - learning how to tile a bathroom. She loves CrossFit, hiking, swing dancing and playing Irish music, and is part of a local Irish language group.
