Referral fees are paid after the referred healthcare worker has worked the required number of hours set out below:

Terms & Conditions

• Referrals are accepted if the candidate has not been registered with TTM Healthcare Solutions in the past 2 years.
• Obtain your friend’s permission before providing their personal information to us. We will inform your friend that you recommended them when we contact them.
• Referrals must complete the required number of hours within a 9 month period. 
• If a candidate is referred by two individuals, the bonus will be awarded to the first person who made the referral.
• The form on the page must be completed for each individual being referred to work with TTM. 
• The referred candidate must be living in the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the UK at the time of referral and must have the right to work in that country. We do not offer sponsorship.
• The referral fee is eligible for payment only after the referred candidate has worked the required number of hours.​

​​How to Claim your Referral Fee

As the referrer, you are responsible for following up with TTM Healthcare Solutions to verify that the candidate has worked the minimum required hours for the referral bonus to be paid.

Once your friend has worked the required threshold [200-250 hours] with TTM, you can reach out to marketing@ttmhealthcare.com with your address and contact details.
