As a Recruitment Consultant with TTMs Social Care division, Rachel is dedicated to providing social care workers with agency work. This is a fast-moving healthcare sector – so she’s always busy and no two days are ever the same!
Rachel grew up in Dublin and holds Higher Diplomas in Event Management and Marketing from Dublin Business School. Her working life began as an Event Coordinator and Event Manager, which lead up to her working for a company specialising in temporary recruitment for the hospitality sector. During COVID, Rachel began working in the company’s recruitment department. Discovering she had a natural passion and ability for the role she decided to build her career in recruitment – and has never looked back. Rachel joined TTM in 2023 and is loving the fulfilment the job brings.
“Matching candidates with their ideal job is so rewarding. To do this I rely on constant and honest communication, and listening and understanding what each candidate is expressing. I try to live up to the TTM Family Principle of ‘Customer and User Obsessed.’”
Rachel says the people at TTM are a ‘massive plus’ and she thrives on the company’s supportive culture. When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys travel, watching rugby and spending time with her dog.
