TTM is proud to be attending the National Health Summit at Croke Park, Dublin on Wednesday 7th February 2024.
Now in its 20th year, the National Health Summit is an important and prestigious event which TTM has supported through the years. This year, the event will focus on ‘Creating a Healthcare System Fit for Today and Fit for the Future.’ The knowledge-rich agenda will feature renowned healthcare leaders and experts addressing how Ireland’s health and care system can effectively and confidently face present and future challenges.
One of the primary drivers in effectively addressing these challenges is, of course, constant access to quality healthcare professionals. Whether you provide services in acute or community healthcare in the public, private or not-for-profit sectors in Ireland – the key to meeting increasing healthcare needs and easing the strain on your workforce, is people.
At TTM, this is our focus. As Ireland’s largest specialist healthcare workforce solutions provider, we recruit healthcare professionals across all grades and specialisms. This includes doctors, nurses, allied health professionals (AHPs), social care staff and healthcare assistants. We place non-medical support staff into healthcare settings, such as porters, and cleaners – as well as in business support roles in IT, finance and HR. We recruit nurses internationally and have proved ourselves to be a pivotal recruitment partner to the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), reducing the interview-to-arrival time from 12 months to 2 months, with a 99% retention rate in the first 12 months post placement.
