OUR PERSON-CENTRIC RECRUITMENT PROCESS

People are the life and soul of TTM - at the front and centre of all that we do, every day. This includes how we go about growing our team - through internal staff recruitment that is truly people-focussed and designed for clarity, transparency, respect and confidentiality.

While your experience may vary slightly according to the TTM role for which you’re applying - you can rely on a professional, well-defined and efficient application process every step of the way. Here’s a little more about what to expect when you apply to join our team.

Step 1: Your Application

We respect your time and your needs. So, once you’ve applied for a TTM internal role we endeavour to respond to your applications within two weeks. During this time, we will contact you and let you know if you qualify to proceed to our Screening Call stage.

Step 2: Screening Call

A Screening Call is your first opportunity to chat with us about your interest in TTM. This call will take around 20 minutes, during which time we’ll go through your CV, your relevant experience, and discuss why you’re keen to join our team. We’ll ask specific questions designed to ascertain your suitability for our available internal roles. Sometimes the role that you have applied for, may not be the role that is best suited to your skills & experience. Our recruitment team will guide you and ensure you are put forward for the role that you are best suited too.

We know that once you’ve had a Screening Call, you’ll be keen for the next step, so we commit to letting you know, within one week, if you will progress to a Round One Interview.

Step 3: Round One Interview

This comprehensive first interview focuses on competency-based questions relating to the internal role for which you are applying and normally takes the form of an MS Teams meeting. It’s also the time to ask the questions you may have and get to know a little more about TTM.

After typically one week we will be in touch with you with an update on your progress.

Step 4: In-Person Interview

If you have progressed through to this stage, we’ll invite you to our HQ to meet your potential collaborators and the team. During this Round Two Interview we’ll take the time to get to know you a little better and understand your fit for the team. As an in-person meeting in our offices, this session gives you the opportunity to experience the TTM culture and energy for yourself, understand the spirit of the company, and ask any final questions you may have.

Step 5: Our Offer

Within one week of a successful Round Two interview, we will reach out to you with a formal offer. Then, it’s your time to shine!
