Support Worker Jobs - Naas

TTM Healthcare are proud to be partnered with our sister company Resilience Care who have a number of Full-time Permanent Support worker positions available in Naas, Kildare. This is a Children's Residential centre and is essentially a new service concept. If you would like to be part of an exciting new team and you have your full level 5 fetac Award, then this could be the opportunity for you. Resilience offers progressive, one-to-one solutions geared towards the empowerment of the people they support, rather than limiting their experiences of life.

As a Support worker you will provide a professional. high quality and safe service to people with additional needs- working as part of a team and in consultation with each service user. you will make sure all of the client's needs are met in a completely individual way.

You will be responsible for the delivery of client care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of Support Plans. you will Ensure that practices within the service comply with Resilience's policies and procedures, to maintain the highest standards and liaise with Multi-Disciplinary Teams when required. You are to provide support to colleagues within the team setting and act as a mentor for new staff and foster a positive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Fetac Level 5/ Social Care qualification or equivalent

  • Eligibility to work in Ireland

  • A strong sense of empathy, flexibility and a team-oriented work ethic

  • Previous experience working with children or adults with physical, sensory and intellectual

    disability

  • Experience working with service users with Autism and Epilepsy
