Interviews:
Interviews will be hosted by TTM Healthcare on a weekly basis where applicants will be interviewed by Orwell Healthcare HR Department and Nursing Management Team. The Role:
Supporting the Nursing Homes are a team of staff nurses, senior healthcare assistants, healthcare assistants, activity coordinator, allied healthcare professionals and ancillary staff, who's focus will be to enhance the lives of the elderly residents in their care. The successful applicant will be required to manage the care of residents daily, with focus on Orwell Healthcare policies and procedures and the Health Information and Quality Authority standards.
Requirements:
Be registered on the General Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Be able to demonstrate high standards of clinical practice, especially person centred-care.
Have experience working in Care of the Elderly .
Be flexible in relation to their work pattern and assigned unit of care.
Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Have fluent spoken and written English.
