These roles are pivotal for the organisations involved and we are ideally looking for candidates with the following criteria.
A completed Social Care qualification level 7 or 8 or a recognised equivalent.
A recognised management qualification or someone about to embark on the same.
Three years’ experience in a leadership/management post.
