As a chosen partner to a large social care provider, TTM Healthcare Solutions are currently assembling a panel of suitable staff to work within a special project based in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. You will be responsible for providing care and facilitating services to an individual service user within a residential setting. This is a long term placement, with the possibility of permanent posts down the line.
The role would involve working as part of a Multidisciplinary team in the provision of care services to one individual in a residential setting. Extensive experience of working with challenging behaviours is required. Staff must have an understanding of behaviours that challenge and be of a compassionate nature, while working towards the agreed care plan.
Shift pattern – day shifts only – these will be approx. 8hrs in length.

Requirements
Social Care Qualified – Level 7/8
FETAC/QQI Level 5 in, Healthcare Support/Pre-Nursing
Commitment to this service and work towards positive outcomes to the service user
Must have own access to transport and be a full licence driver
