TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for a CNM3/ ADON to manage Theatre in one of Irelands leading private hospitals in Co. Cork.
This is a Full Time permanent position position which offers permanent contract and is not affected by the current Recruitment freeze. This role comes with attractive benefits and career progression opportuinities.This position is looking for CNM3 for Theatre Services to co-ordinate and manage the activity of the Operating Theatre.

Requirements
•Registration with NMBI
•Demonstrable commitment to patient Safety & Quality
•Minimum 5 years post graduate acute care nursing experience essential
•ACLS course completed and up to date (or be willing to undertake)
•Minimum 1 years experience in a people management role (CNM1 position or equivalent)
•Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
•Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
•Completion of a Theatre or Management course is desirable but not essential
