TTM Healthcare are working with a large organisation with services based nationwide, in the recruitment of Team Leaders for their services based in Wexford.
This organisation has a proven record of providing quality essential care to adults with intellectual disabilities. Each member of the team is committed to providing bespoke care to each individual service user to enable them to live as independently as possible, while following tailored care plans.
Due to ongoing expansion of the service, this organisation are keen to engage with suitably qualified and experienced Team Leaders, Service Managers, or Social Care staff who feel they are ready to make the next step in their career.
Requirements of the role:
- Develop and implement support plans
- Empower staff to deliver the highest standards of care possible
- Uphold company values and work every day with these values in mind
- Provide leadership, management and empathy to all staff and stakeholders
- Must be computer literate as management reports and performance metrics will be completed digitally
Applicants must have:
- Third level qualification. This can be within Social Care or Nursing disciplines
- Minimum FETAC level 5 Management qualification is also advantageous
- Knowledge of HIQA
- Supervision and staff management experience
- Full driving licence and access to own transport
- Familiarity of report writing and medication management
- Very strong written and verbal skills
