Support Worker, Chidrens Residential Service, Galway
Contract: Full time Permanent
Salary: €23,660 - €27,300 per annum
Location: Gort, Co. Galway (Other locations also include: Limerick, Cork, Kerry, Kilkenny, Kildare & Tipperary).
TTM Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with a leading Intellectual Disability Residential Service who support people with intellectual, physical and sensory disability and/or Autism in Ireland. This service are expanding and opening a new children's residential service in Galway and as a result they are recruiting experienced, qualified Support Workers on a full time permanent basis.
As a Support Worker you will provide a professional, high quality and safe service to people with additional needs.This role would involve assisting service users in all the activities of daily living. You would need to facilitate service users to maintain and promote their independence.

Requirements:
- Level 5 FETAC Award in Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working with service users with Autism and Epilepsy
- Completed or be willing to complete a Patient Manual Handling Course
- Full drivers licence is desirable.
