TTM Healthcare are working with a large organisation with services based nationwide, in the recruitment of Support Workers for their new residential service based in North Dublin.

You will initially commence at the service as a TTM agency staff, and may be offered a permanent contract with the organisation once you are satisfied that this is the right fit for you.

This is a new service providing exceptional care to young adult service users in a residential setting. The organisation is looking for staff who are flexible and can work both day and night shift patterns.

This organisation has a proven record of providing quality essential care to adults with intellectual disabilities. Each member of the team is committed to providing bespoke care to each individual service user to enable them to live as independently as possible, while following tailored care plans.

Qualifications/Experience & Skills required:

- Full FETAC Level 5 (all 8 modules) in a Healthcare related course / we will also consider those with a Level 7 / 8 Social Care degree
- Full driving licence and access to own transport
- Minimum 6 months paid experience working with adult service users with intellectual disabilities
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills

Must have or willing to complete the below training courses:

-Patient Moving & Handling
-Management of Actual & Potential Aggression
-Fire Safety
-Child Protection
- Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
