TTM Healthcare in partnership with our client in Mayo has a vacancy for an Assistant Staff Officer Grade IV position for a 6month contract with immediate availability.
This role requires both managerial and administrative responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Providing Clerical support to the staff
• Communication to stakeholders
• Ensure deadlines are met and service levels are maintained
• Data input - processing data through internal systems, formulating and maintaining databases
• Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information
• High level Organisation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Manage the patient accounts
• Complete payroll
• Scan documents and upload all files to the patient management system
• Write reports for the department when required
• Manage staff performance
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years financial accounting experience
• Excellent IT skills including word, excel and outlook.
• Excellent typing skills
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Excellent attention to details
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.
