TTM Healthcare are welcoming applications for various Staff Nurse positions across multiple departments and wards within hospital and rehab centres in Dublin and nationwide.
These areas include:
Discharge Lounge: The Discharge lounge is a fast-paced innovative service that is currently open 5 days a week from 7am till 8pm allowing excellent patient flow from the Emergency Department throughout the hospital through to discharge.
Oncology: The Staff Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within the model of nursing care practice in Day Care Centres
Surgical Wards: Applications are invited for the position of Staff Nurse across various Surgical wards
Medical Wards: Applications are invited for the position of Staff Nurse within the Medical Wards
Stroke Unit: Busy wards catering for patients over the age of 65 years whom are admitted under the Gerontology teams. The wards have a unit incorporating hyper acute stroke beds.
Coronary Care Unit (CCU): The Staff Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within the model of nursing care practice. The Staff Nurse will need to work between CCU, Cardiology and Cardiac Cath Lab depending on service needs in the hospitals.
Emergency Department: The Emergency Departments of these hospitals is the major trauma centre treating emergency admissions. Their consultant lead trains teams to operate a 24 hour, 365 days a year service diagnosing and managing acute and urgent illnesses and all type of medical and surgical emergencies and injuries for adults and children. These hospitals are the primary referral centre for their own region which means that patients with specific conditions such as stroke and major trauma can be brought from other hospitals directly to other Emergency Department to be treated by their team of specialists.
Acute Medical Unit (AMU): The Staff Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within the model of nursing care practice.
Cath Lab: The candidate would be working in state of the art Cardiac Cath Labs within these hospitals and a Recovery/Day ward. The Cath lab provides a Monday-Friday service. Candidates should ideally hold experience in CCU/Cath Lab or have a strong and keen interest to learn. The Cath Lab is a fast paced exciting environment to work in therefore occasional rotation to CCU/Cardiology may be required, this will aid in further development of cardiac skills and knowledge.
