TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for Nurses for full time permanent positions for our client who provide Residential and Day Services to people with an Intellectual Disability. We are looking for candidates who are committed to supporting people with disabilities and their families, in a person centred, community based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with our core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, best practice and research.

Community Residential Service- Tipperary
Permanent Full time 39hpw
Applicants should:
Be registered with NMBI and RNID qualification essential (up to date NMBI must be attached with application)
Be committed to pro actively supporting individuals in all aspects of their daily lives and choices through a person centred approach
Have ability to manage a caseload and to work on own Initiative
Have a good knowledge of HIQA regulations.
Have good knowledge of person centred planning.
Have proven organisational, leadership, communication, interpersonal and teambuilding skills
Ability to network with external agencies, PHN's, GP's, acute hospitals etc.
Experience of working in an interdisciplinary /multidisciplinary team
Have a Full Clean valid Driving Licence - essential
