TTM Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting for a Registered General Nurse to join our client a private clinic within there Ophthalmology Service. This is a full-time permanent position based on 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high quality patient care.
The position would suit self-motivated persons with an ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. You must have good communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible, hard-working, and efficient.
Job Requirements:
Registration in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and independently.
Experience in Ophthalmology would be beneficial.
An Ophthalmology qualification would be desirable.
Committed to ongoing professional development.
Strong clinical and communication skills are required.
Role Responsibilities:
Committed to ensuring a high standard of patient care is always maintained.
To ensure professional accountability for patient care while practicing within and supporting the Bon Secours Mission and Values, policies, procedures, guidelines, and new initiatives as directed / introduced by the hospital.
Carry out patient assessments before surgery.
Work in the ophthalmology clinic, conducting preliminary eye examinations and assisting with minor procedures.
