Staff Nurse - Intellectual Disability Nurse

TTM Healthcare have partnered with an Intellectual Disability Service in the Limerick/Cork area and are hiring Staff Nurses for permanent contracts with our client.
Established in 1968, Our client provides services to over 1000 adults and children with special needs in North Cork and South Limerick areas. Our client works to support each individual to be independant, by adopting a Person Centred Approach.
Our client has a successful track record in developing, strengthening and sustaining improved services for children and adults. The service provides a training centre and holds top facilities for their service users which have taken them to the Olympics on a National / International and World level.
Your Working Week:
The Staff Nurse is required to work 39hour per week. Day duty 09:00-16:30 pm rostered 5/7 duty in residential in any one of these locations operatd by the services.

Staff Nurse Competencies:
• Applicants must be on the Live register of An Bord Altranais - student nurses due to receive their pin are also welcome
• Full drivers licence desireable
• Have Previous Experience working in Residential Care preferably with Adults with Learning Disabilities
• 1+ Years' experience within an ID Service
• Be a Registered Intellectual Disability Nurse or
• Be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with intellectual disability experience required or
• Be a Registered General Nurse with intellectual disability experience required
