recruiting a Staff Nurse for their Care Home based in county Offaly. We are appealing to all Nurses to consider assisting on these front-line roles and lives will be saved with your help.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Director of Nursing the successful candidates will essentially be responsible for the provision of long stay care for clients. The overall responsibility within this role will be to ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence and fulfilment.
Your Clinical Responsibilities:
This state of the art community nursing home provides a high standard of care 24 hours a day and offer residential care as well as specialist care for those with dementia. They also provide respite care to give home carers a much- needed break. The centre have a team of dedicated registered nurses and care asisstants and ancillary staff that provide help and support to a high standard.
To be eligible for this role, you must:
Be on the Live Register with NMBI
Possess excellent communication and team lead skills and work well in a team environment.
Have previous Elderly Care experience
