Community Staff Nurse for Independent Living
Location East Limerick
Post Elderly Care Permeant
Salary €18-21 per hour
Our client is a unique and one-of-a-Kind facility in the west of Ireland, this award-winning facility is looking for an experienced staff nurse to join them on a permanent basis.
Our client operates a community living service to the older people of Ireland consisting of a total of 18 residents across separate bungalows. This is a unique and Irelands first community living facility. This facility operates like a small village giving its residents an Independent model of living with a variety of Amenities.
Our client is looking for a Staff Nurse to join them on a part time and full-time perm basis on a NIGHTS only basis.
Aims and Objectives.
Maintain and improve the quality of service experienced by our residents.
To provide ongoing training to all our staff to enhance the quality of service provided.
To seek resident's involvement in all future planning and development
Elderly Care Nurse Duties
To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence, and fulfilment.
To be professionally accountable for providing acceptable standards of care.
To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence, and fulfilment.
Requirements:
Be registered with the NMBI
Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team
