TTM Healthcare are currently seeking Community Staff Nurses for the Kildare area.
The successful candidate will work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm over a 6 day period.
This service provides high quality safe and effective care in the home and community, for children with varying degrees of ability.
Responsibilities and Qualities include . . .
• To ensure recognition of the patient as an individual
• To prioritise the needs and comforts of the patient and family
• Demonstrate kindness, compassion and patience
• Work closely in partnership with family members
• Provide excellent evidenced based nursing care and implement all aspects of the patient's care plans based on the needs identified
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum one to two years' post graduate experience
• Paediatric experience desirable however not essential as necessary training will be provided
