Aims and Objectives of Staff Nurse
• Maintain and improve the quality of service experienced by our residents.
• To provide ongoing training to all our staff to enhance the quality of service provided.
• To seek resident's involvement in all future planning and development
Elderly Care Nurse Duties
• To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence and fulfilment.
• To be professionally accountable for providing acceptable standards of care.

Requirements:
• Be registered with the NMBI
• Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team
