TTM Healthcare are recruiting a Staff Nurse, A Clinical Nurse Manager 1 and a CNM2/PIC on behalf of our North Cork based client.

This service provides a range of services and supports for people with disabilities, in the North Cork, South Limerick area, whether they are babies, toddlers, school children, teenagers or adults.

Staff Nurse role is days only working 9am to 4.30pm.
CNM/Person in Charge: The person appointed would be in charge of two residential services and they would report to an Area Manager. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00pm to 5.00am.


Requirements for Staff Nurse position:
  • Registered with NMBI
  • BSc in Nursing, preferrably ID trained
  • Previous experience working in an ID setting.

Requirements for CNM 1 position:

• A qualification in Nursing and Registered with An Bord Altranais (R.N.I.D. qualification desirable).
• Three years post qualification experience in the field of intellectual disability with supervisor/managerial experience.
• Experience of working with adults with ASD and behaviours that challenge.
• Managerial, administrative and clinical capability to fill the role including a high level of competency in the implementation and maintenance of HIQA standards.

Requirements for CNM2/PIC position:

• Not less than five years' experience working with children/adults with an intellectual disability in a residential setting.
• Proven managerial skills with not less than three years' experience at management level and an appropriate management qualification to Fetac/QQ1 level 6 or equivalent.
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to lead a staff team effectively.
• Experience of managing residential budgets.
• A detailed knowledge of HIQA.
• Up to date NMBI registration essential.
