Applicants should:
Be registered with NMBI and RNID qualification essential (up to date NMBI must be attached with application)
Be committed to pro actively supporting individuals in all aspects of their daily lives and choices through a person centred approach
Have ability to manage a caseload and to work on own Initiative
Have a good knowledge of HIQA regulations.
Have good knowledge of person centred planning.
Have proven organisational, leadership, communication, interpersonal and teambuilding skills
Ability to network with external agencies, PHN's, GP's, acute hospitals etc.
Experience of working in an interdisciplinary /multidisciplinary team
Have a Full Clean valid Driving Licence - essential

Full Clean Driving Licence - Essential

Be registered with NMBI, RNID is essential.
Recognised Management Qualification FETAC/QQI Level 6 or equivalent is desirable
Have experience of working with people who have an intellectual disabilities and dual diagnosis in the are of mental health, autism and behaviour of concern and complex needs
Have minimum of two years experience at staff nurse level
Have previous experience of working closely with families and members of the MDT is essential
Have proven organisational, leadership, interpersonal and teambuilding skills
Have knowledge of the HIQA regulations and the role of person participating in management
Full Clean Driving Licence and driving of service vehicles is essential
