Full Time Permanent Staff Nurse
Our client, a 37 bed nursing care facility close to Cork City, currently requires a Staff Nurse to join their nursing team. The nurse will be required to work 39 hours per week with a mix of days, nights and weekends. This care home aims to provide the highest standard of care for their residents and ensures each resident benefits from a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high standard in care of the elderly is maintained at all times
- Lead the Healthcare Assistants in providing high quality of direct and indirect care.
- Build strong relationships with residents to encourage trust, and understand their needs.
- Ensure all documentation relating to residents is accurately maintained in accordance with the regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- RGN with full NMBI registration
- Previous care home experience is desired
- Excellent clinical and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong decision making skills and capabilities
