Job Title: Staff Grade Pharmacist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Grade Pharmacist to join a dynamic team at a leading private hospital in Galway. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the provision of high-quality pharmaceutical care and enhance patient outcomes in a state-of-the-art healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
•Dispensing and checking prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency.
•Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy for patients.
•Monitoring and managing drug therapy to ensure safety and efficacy.
•Providing drug information and education to patients and healthcare staff.
•Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to patient care plans.
•Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Requirements:
•Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent.
•Current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
•Minimum of 2 years of post-registration experience.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
•Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care.
