TTM Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting for a Staff Grade Occupational Therapist for a fixed term contract with a hospice in Galway.

The post holder shall:
  • Be responsible for the development and delivery of a quality and client centred Occupational Therapy Service to meet the needs of the service user group and the objectives of the organisation.
  • Be responsible for the provision of a high-quality Occupational Therapy service in a designated area and will carry out clinical and educational duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

Essential Criteria:
  • Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy or an equivalent qualification.
  • Be registered as an Occupational Therapist with CORU.
  • Minimum of three years post qualification experience, some of which is with a palliative population, specialist or generalist.
  • Experience of complex case management and multidisciplinary teamwork.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Clean Full Driver's Licence
  • Be registered as a member of AOTI (desirable)
