TTM Healthcare are proud to have partnered with a HSE Hospital in Donegal who currently have an opportunity for Staff Grade Dietitian
THE PURPOSE OF THE POST
To develop and deliver a nutrition and dietetic service to patients (both adult and paediatric case hold) working alongside other Health and Social Care professionals. The workload in the Department involves general medical and surgical inpatient care and onward referral to community dietetics/OPD follow up. The department will offer clinical supervision and professional mentoring. The dietetic department has 2 entry grade posts, 5 senior posts and a managers post. It is a developing department with many opportunities for career progression.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
•Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics or its equivalent
•Must be registered in the Dietitian Register at CORU (or have an entitlement to be registered and obtain registration prior to appointment
•AND Maintain live annual registration on the Dietitians Register maintained by CORU
•Must have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
•Eligibility to work in Ireland
