Staff Grade Speech and Language Therapist
Speech and Language Therapist required for the Galway City area. The Speech and Language Therapist will be based in Doughiska, Galway City East and Shantalla, Galway City West. This is a contracted role for 6 months with the possibility of extension thereafter.
Duties:
•Administering initial assessment for children on the paediatric primary care waiting list.
•Working closely with the multidisciplinary team
•Provide a high quality, effective and evidence-based service that is current and responsive to patient needs
•Ensure that professional standards are maintained in relation to confidentiality, ethics and legislation
Requirements:
•A Relevant Qualification is required
•Eligibility to work in Ireland (hold a working visa)
•Must be registered with CORU
•Experience in Paediatrics is desirable
•Full Driver's licence and use of car essential
