Social Care Worker - Childrens Residential Service - MONAGHAN
TTM Healthcare have partnered with one of Irelands foremost providers of childrens therapeutic residential care, to assemble a relief panel of suitably qualified and experience Social Care Workers, to work across several of the organisations settings, based across Monaghan.
These roles will suit candidates who are passionate about improving the lives of children in care through person centred planning, empathy and a flexible and caring approach to enhancement and positive development.
As part of TTM Healthcare's relief panel, you will be inducted into the organisation and will be immersed in the team environment from Day 1.
Experience is desirable and we are looking to recruit those who have a real desire and natural passion to work with children in care.
There is a very strong team ethos in this organisation, who pull together to achieve the best outcomes for those in their care at all times.

Essential Requirements:
- Social Care degree - Level 7/8
- Previous experience in working with children in care
- Full drivers licence and access to own transport
- Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training is advantageous. However, the service are happy to train you in this once a course date becomes available.
- Child Protection training
