Social Care Worker, Residential, Co. Wicklow
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Salary: €32,000 per annum, depending on experience
Location: Residential setting in Roundwood, Co. Wicklow
TTM Healthcare are delighted to be partnered with a leading Organisation who provide services to people with physical and neurological conditions, who have high support needs. They are currently recruiting for 2 Social Care Workers on a full-time permanent basis for a single occupancy residence located in Roundwood. This is a low support case with no challenging behaviours.
The successful candidate will have the ability to operate independently with good use of initiative, and also to work effectively in a small team of staff. You and your team will provide personal care in line with client health needs, exercise programmes, and household management.

Requirements:
- Degree in Social Care Studies or equivalent standard
- A comprehensive knowledge of the HIQA national standards for residential services
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar setting
- Full clean drivers licence and own vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
