The overall responsibilities within this role will be to
• Protect, support and care for the service users.
• Ensure the welfare of those under your care
• Work as part of a team to provide a safe, caring environment for the service users.
• Teach service users life skills and help them grow their independence.
• Keep the Team Leader fully informed and up to date on all significant matters.
To be eligible for the role, you will need:
• A recognised qualification as a Social Care Worker.
• Ability to adapt to changing work environment.
• Flexible to work on a residential roster including sleepovers.
• At least 2 years' experience with intellectual disabilities
• Strong experience with behaviours that concern
• Access to a car and full drivers' licence.

Salary €33,000 - €43,000
