Social Care Team Leader, Under 18's Emergency Service, Limerick
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Salary: €48,209 + 8k on call allowance
Location; Limerick
TTM Healthcare are delighted to be partnered with Ireland's leading Charity working with homelessness, prevention, under 18's residential and drug treatment. This Organisation are opening an Under 18's Residential Service in Limerick City for emergency accommodation for young people who are referred by Tusla on a short term basis. The service offer individualised, holistic, strengths' based care and support to the young people. Placements are guided by the Welltree Model of Care, which is informed by the National Outcomes Framework, which is a trauma and attachment informed approach. This supports individualised planning and intervention for each young person.
They are recruiting for a Social Care Team Leader who have their full Applied Social Care Degree and at least 3 years' experience working in a similar setting. This is a full-time permanent position involving 12 hour shifts including day and night shifts.

- To provide direct support to participants
- To assist with residents' case work
- To maintain a safe and healthy living environment
- To respond to requests for service
- To undertake administrative and supervision duties

The Requirements:
- Degree Level in Applied Social Care is essential
- At least 3 years' experience working in residential services with children/young people at a social care grade , ideally with some supervisory experience
- Full clean driving license
