Salary: €33,130- €34,569 Per Annum
TTM Healthcare are delighted to partner with Ireland's leading homeless and addiction service in the east and south east of Ireland. The service provides low-threshold entry services, primarily to younger people and vulnerable adults with complex needs, and offers pathways out of homelessness based on the principles of the Housing First model.
The primary responsibilities of a Social Care Worker is to provide direct support to residents, to maintain a safe and healthy living environment, to respond to requests for the service, to undertake administrative duties and to have a positive and enthusiastic attitude in right candidate will be passionate about this area of work and will need experience of challenging behaviours.

- A Degree in Social Care/ Youth Work, Addiction Studies or other related field.
- Excellent communication skills
- Full clean driving license
