Social Care Leaders, Mainstream Childrens Residential, Cork & Limerick
Contract: Full time permanent & Fixed Term
Locations: Cork (Mitchelstown & Fermoy), Limerick (Glenroe)
Salary: €38,650 per annum + €1000 signing bonus
TTM Healthcare are delighted to be partnered with a Mainstream Childrens Residential in both Cork and Limerick. Their aim is to nurture, support and help young people reach their full potential through providing them with a better quality of life and hope for a brighter future. They are recruiting for Social Care Leaders with their full level 7/8 Applied Social Care Studies Degree plus 3 years of Mainstream experience at Social Care Worker level post qualification.
The Social Care Leader acts as the team leader of the shift in which they are working.Together the Social Care Leaders are members of the management team in the unit, working with the Social Care Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure that the young people living in the house are looked after safely, professionally and in a way which ensures they achieve their maximum potential, in line with the Organisations' mission and vision statement.

The Requirements:
- Full Level 7/ 8 Applied Social Studies Degree
- 3 years post qualification experience at Social Care Worker level in Childrens Residential
- Full clean Irish driving License & own car
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
