Service Manager - Intellectual Disabilities Residential Services
Permanent full time post - 39 hours per week
Location: Tipperary
Our client, a leading Intellectual Disability Service has an opening for a Service Manager (Residential Services) in the Tipperary area. The post holder will manage two services within close proximity to one another while ensuring the highest standards of care are provided at all times. You will manage the strategic direction of the services and staff whilst ensuring the delivery of high quality care.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Third level nursing qualification is a must
Hold a recognised management qualification
Full clean drivers licence
Minimum of five years relevant work experience in a comparable organisation
Significant clinical experience with leadership and management qualities
Solid knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards
Excellent financial management experience
