Service Manager/ PIC- Disability Service, Sligo
Contract: Full-time Permanent (Mon-Fri 9-5)
Salary: €50k- €60k per annum depending on experience
Location: Sligo
TTM Healthcare are proud to be partnered with one of Irelands leading Disability Services. They are currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Service Manager/ PIC in one of their centres located in Co. Sligo. This service provides a vast range of services to people with both physical, sensory and neurological conditions, who often have complex and high support needs. As a Service Manager/ PIC, your role is to lead and manage a team of staff who ensure people using the service receive support to live in their own home. Operating as a member of the Regional Team and reporting to the Regional Manager, the Service Manager/ PIC will manage, lead and develop the Sligo Services.

The Requirements:
- The successful candidate will need the following:
- A third level qualification (Level 8 or higher) in Social Care or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years management experience within a disability, broad personal social services or healthcare sector
- A level 6 Management & Leadership qualification
- A Full Clean drivers Licence
- Knowledge of current policy and developments in the disability sector
- Knowledge of the HIQA Inspection process
- Excellent communication skills
