Service Manager, Maternity Leave cover, South Tipperary
Contract; Fixed term- Maternity Leave Cover (6-12 months)
Location: South Tipperary
Salary: €68,242 per annum, pro rata
TTM Healthcare are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation working with children in care based in South Tipperary. They have a highly qualified and experienced multidisciplinary team that works to create a safe and secure setting for young people. They are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Service Manager for a maternity leave cover.
The Service Manager will report to the Operations Manager and are to provide leadership and guidance to the service. The Service Manager is to contribute proactively and constructively to strategic planning and have a good relationship with the management team. They are to provide effective and sufficient support, guidance and direction to the Centre Managers. This is a Monday to Friday 9-5 role with availability for on-call hours every 5-6 weeks which includes an on-call allowance.

The Requirements;
To be eligible you must have:
- A level 8 Degree in Social Care or equivalent
- Experience in a Management/ Supervisory role within a Residential Childcare setting
- A full clean driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
