TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting 2 Service Managers on behalf of on of Dublin's leading Intellectual Disabilities service.
Both posts are fixed terms contracts lasting 12 months and the locations are below:
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm daily. Both Managers will be in charge of overseeing 10 houses in each location. Each house will have CNM2/CNM1, nurses, Social Care Workers and direct support workers.
Requirements:
•Are registered and maintain annual registration in the Intellectual Disability Division of the Register of Nurses and
•Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland [NMBI] (Bord
•Altranais agus Cnáimhseachais na hÉireann).
•Have successfully completed a post registration programme of study, NFQ major academic Level 8 or above award in health care or management related area .
•Candidates must possess the requisite clinical, leadership, managerial and administrative knowledge, and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office.
•Have 5 years post registration intellectual disability nursing experience and 4 years nursing management experience at a minimum of Clinical Nurse Manager 2 [CNM 2] level of which 3 must have been in an Intellectual Disability (ID) setting.
•Demonstrate evidence of CPD and professional portfolio at the appropriate level.
•Have the managerial, clinical, and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
•Post holder must have access to own transport.
•Experienced in MS packages e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, SharePoint portals, internet,
•and web-based application.
