THE POSITIONS: Senior Staff Nurse - Residential Care Facility - Co. Clare

At TTM Healthcare we are proud to have partnered with one of the largest independent Healthcare providers of quality nursing home care in Ireland are recruiting a Senior Staff Nurse for one of their Care Homes a 55+ bedded facility based in CO. CLARE. Located just 30 minutes from Limerick this care home is surrounded with picturesque views and within walking distance from the local church, community services, shops and restaurants, has a dedicated team of staff who are committed to ensuring the home remains connected to the local community. THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Director of Nursing the successful candidates will essentially be responsible for the provision of long stay care for clients.
The overall responsibility within this role will be to ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence and fulfilment.
Your Educational Responsibilities:
Must be on the live register with NMBI
Your Communication Responsibilities:
Must possess excellent communication and team lead skills and work well in a team environment.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for the role, you will need to:
Must have a minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in gerontology / Care of the Older person.
Must have excellent knowledge and understanding of HIQA and standards pertained to Care of the Older Person.

Rate : €21 - €22 per hour
