The Opportunity : Senior Staff Nurse Full Time Permanent - Co. Clare (57 Bedded Residential Care Home)
TTM Healthcare on behalf of our clients are currently recruiting a full time Senior Staff Nurse for a 57 bedded Residential Care Home based in Co. Clare.
Location : The Care home is located North of Limerick and is 9 minutes from Birdhill, 23 minutes from Nenagh and 30 minutes from Limerick City.
Overview :
To promote and maintain the highest attainable standard of clinical and nursing care within the nursing home.
The Senior Staff Nurse reports directly to the CNM / ADON and works as a member of the team contributing to the fulfilment of the philosophy of care; Nursing home care delivered with Compassion, Dignity and Respect.
Skills, Attributes, Qualifications :
Registered on the Irish live register (NMBI) with active PIN.
Excellent Leadership, Organisational and Communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a senior management team
Sound decision making ability
Ability to motivate self and others and work on own initiative
Ability to work well and promote a team environment
Results driven
All posts are subject to satisfactory references, medical and Garda vetting.
