Contract Permanent - Full Time or Part time

Our client is a 40 bedded facility located on the Clare/Limerick Border and are recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse.
The successful candidate will have the support from the Staff along with the ADON and DON.

Aims and Objectives
Maintain and improve the quality of service experienced by our residents.
To provide ongoing training to all our staff to enhance the quality of service provided.
To seek resident's involvement in all future planning and development
Elderly Care Nurse Duties
To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence and fulfilment.
To be professionally accountable for providing acceptable standards of care.
To ensure that all work is client focused and upholds the principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, independence and fulfilment.
Requirements:
Be registered with the NMBI
Have excellent communication skills and work well in a team
