This role will involve working as part of this specialist multidisciplinary team in adult/older persons psychiatry. They will provide Social Work services to service users and their families and encompasses individual work, along with liaison with community services.
Key Requirements:
• Relevant degree in Social Work
• CORU registration
• 3 years' post graduate experience working with adults
• Ability to work independently
