We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join our Tribe in our Ennis Office. We are particularly interested in speaking to candidates where sales is part of their DNA and who have worked in a fast paced environment or in a sales role.
This role will be based in our Ennis HQ.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

• Order report download and implementation.
• Update master sheet with previous days orders
• Update alerts for compliance records
• Add individual to Applicant training group on ITRIS
• Check live chat messages
• Update & send out Certs
• Update occupancy on course sheet
• Email/mailshots
• Outbound calling/sales - Power hour
• Adhere to the daily planner set out by the Training Manager
• Upselling/cross selling of training courses
• Send out customer survey with the candidates training certificates
• Refunds processing & management
• Check with hotel that room etc is in order for next day training
• Send attendee list for tomorrow's training to Training Co (By 1pm each day)
• Check training certs received from trainer for spelling of names/errors
• Updated monthly control sheet with actual revenue and occupancy
• Schedule email shot campaign to targeted groups
• Send email campaigns to target groups
• Call applicants to book on trainings under filled
• call applicants on the Training required list
• Send Course numbers and details to the suppliers
• Send numbers to the Hotels
• Check each morning for risk courses

Other

• Admin duties
• Carry out work instructions in line with TTM healthcare processes and procedures
• Ensure records are kept in line with legislative requirements
• Other tasks as required


The Ideal Candidate

• Ability to work in a highly competitive environment requires an individual who can work autonomously and under pressure
• Solid computer skills across MS including PPT. Word. Excel and outlook
