Location: Athlone, Co Westmeath

Requirements
·A degree in a social care or a related discipline i.e. addiction, social work, psychology
·At least one year's experience working with this client group
·A full clean driver's licence and use of a car to visit service users in their homes.
Job Purpose
To support service users to live independently in homes of their own following Housing First and Trauma informed care principles. The Senior Project Worker will respond appropriately to needs of Service Users, enabling them to maximise their potential and maintain their own accommodation.
