Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist Musculoskeletal Outpatients

Salary: 58,599 - 68,998
TTM Healthcare are currently working with one of Ireland's Leading Private Organisations in search of a Senior Physiotherapist specialising in Musculoskeletal Outpatients. The role encompasses provision of Outpatient MSK/Orthopaedic/Spinal Triage Physiotherapy services to our patient population.
Overview of Role:
•Develop and administer the highest quality of service by identifying and implementing operational procedures in line with best practice standards.
•Keep abreast with new developments, skills and technology to ensure continuing competence in the job.
•Enhance his/her skills in order to initiate and respond to changes in the work environment as additional roles may be demanded e.g. data analysis, clinical audit, continued professional development and research.
•To participate in the management of the Physiotherapy Service as a member of the Senior Physiotherapy Management team in co-operation with the Physiotherapy Manager.
•To create and promote good working relationships through open communication.
•To lead by example a professional, dedicated and punctual team.
Requirements:
•Be registered with CORU
•Experience of first contact Spinal Triage Services is desirable
•A Master's degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification is desirable
•Pilates and Vestibular Rehabilitation experience an advantage
•Strength and Conditioning Accreditation is desirable but not essential
•Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy experience.
•Display awareness and appreciation of the service users and the ability to empathise with and treat others with dignity and respect
•Demonstrate sufficient clinical knowledge and evidence-based practice to carry the out duties and responsibilities of the role
•Demonstrate an ability to apply knowledge to best practice standards.
•Demonstrate knowledge of the following conditions with evidence: Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Acute and Chronic Pain syndromes, Pain physiology: Central and Peripheral Pain, Sports Specific Injuries, Spinal Conditions and triage, Peripheral injuries
