Job Title: Senior Physiotherapists - Acute Stroke and Acute Medicine

TTM Healthcare is recruiting dedicated Senior Physiotherapists to join a busy Physiotherapy department in a large public hospital. These vacancies are in the Acute Stroke unit and the Acute Medicine unit.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-standard of Physiotherapy care to stroke patients and Early Supported Discharge
To manage, organise, and co-ordinate the physiotherapy acute stroke inpatient service and ESD service, under guidance of the stroke clinical specialist
To work closely with the acute medicine multidisciplinary team (MDT) in the provision of patient-centred care for acute medical patients and for patients across the acute floor.
Requirements:
CORU registration
Bachelors in Physiotherapy
Minimum 3 years post graduate experience
