Role: SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Job Type: Permanent contract 35 hpw
Salary: €59,478 €70,033*
Location: Limerick
TTM Healthcare are working with a leading Children's Disability Network Team in Limerick in search of a Senior Physiotherapist. We are looking for candidates who are committed to supporting children with complex needs and disabilities and their families, in a family and person centred, community based, socially inclusive manner in accordance with our core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, best practice and research.
You will join the 0-18 children's disability network team and be engaged in practice routed in a family centred practice approach. You will be working within a highly motivated team and contribute to collaborative working with children and families and the team. You will provide services in line with interdisciplinary approaches in relation to interventions and assessments. ELCS CDNT is operated based on principles of Progressing Disability Services within Ireland.
Requirements:
•A recognised degree in Physiotherapy
•Proof of CORU Physiotherapy qualification
•Proof of eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland
•Full clean driving license, with use of a car
•Have a minimum 3 years work experience working with children with disabilities and complex needs.
•Minimum 6 12 months experience in 24 hour posture management for persons with complex needs and aids & appliances prescription is essential.
•Have excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and effective caseload management skills. In addition, they must possess good planning, organisation and effective time management skills together with the ability to work on their own initiative.
