TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Senior Physiotherapist for the Dublin Area. You will be working with children with complex needs so paediatric experience is essential. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills, together with effective caseload management skills. In addition, you must possess good planning and organisational skills, together with effective problem solving and time management skills.
This is Part-time Permanent Post
The successful Physiotherapist candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team who are committed to working in partnership with families of children with intellectual disabilities, complex sensory and physical needs within a special school setting. Home visits may be required from time to time depending on the child’s needs.
Essential Requirements
• A recognised professional qualification in Physiotherapy
• Proof of validated Physiotherapy qualification and up to date CORU registration
• Proof of eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland
• Full clean driving licence and use of a car
• Curriculum Vitae and cover letter
Requirements
• Hold a recognised professional qualification in physiotherapy
• Provide proof of up to date CORU Physiotherapy registration
• Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland
• Must have a minimum of 3 years work experience as a physiotherapist
• Must have a minimum 6 – 12 months experience working as a physiotherapist in paediatric disability –
• Hold a full clean driving licence with use of a car
• Have the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Desirable
• Experience in 24-hour postural management of children with complex needs
• Experience in Orthotic prescription and management
• Experience working with children/young people with intellectual disability and other complex developmental needs
